I have totally been enjoying the hot weather here in Maine. Humidity is my friend! I love that we are in the upper 80's and we hit the lower 90's some too. My body really enjoys feeling heat all the way through my system and I am glad to start the summer season early! I hope it lasts all summer! :)
Some updates to what I have been up to:
I am writing a new e-book that fills a need, I feel, in the community. It's going out to all the families in the new partnership paradigm and to help folks become better attuned to the energy of love, mutual respect, and deep connection to spirit. I will have more information coming up for you all.
Starcat's aunt fell last week and had surgery the other day. She is doing better yet she will be recovering for the next couple weeks. So, I got to spend plenty of time in the sunshine as I mowed all the lawns, with some help from Dryst as well. About 5 hours total! And that's with a riding lawn mower! :)
I have been focusing on gaming recently and have enjoyed my roleplaying sessions with friends. I have two groups going and am excited about running one for some of the kids in the homeschool group. Hopefully we can have another session in the next couple weeks.
Also, Minecraft (in hardcore mode) has had my attention. Unfortunately, I was doing pretty well getting ready to gather enough resources to head to fight the Ender Dragon when my pack of wolves and I fought off a couple skeleton archers. Then, a sizzle and explosion as a creeper snuck up and finished me off. Bummer. So onto a new world! :)
Dark Follies has been a fun ride and I am looking forward to even more creativity during our summer season. We have shows mainly around Portland, ME this month. Look for us at the First Friday Art Walk on 6/5 in Monument Square around 8pm for drumming, melody, dancing, and fire-spinning! Will be a great time!
