The womb of Luna pregnant over the vanishing gray clouds.
The mighty thunderbolts subside into the eastern ocean.
Sol feeds our bodies with warmth and nourishment,
As the equinox approaches ever closer.
Dusk brings chill and fog and sleepy peepers.
Mama Oak and Mother Maple dance
With wisps of the long rays atop their highest perch.
Winged ones swoop beneath the indigo sky
Or come to Earth to rest for another season.
Now, orchards bulge with beautiful bounty.
Taste a cider, pie or raw fruit for best effect.
The dance of earth, and moon and sun continues
Even as the stars alight with merry twinkles.
Blessed Be!
