Be love

Be at peace in your life. You are a direct link to infinite love. You are love. The essence of you existence in this physical body is to live led by your love light. No matter where you find yourself or in whatever situation you are in begin here and now to focus on what brings you the most joy. Know that all that exists is a form of energy. Let that energy shower down upon you and invigorate you. In the next moment, imagine another energy filling you to the brim with joy and love. Continue this practice every day as often as you think of it. Release control and let the energies of your desires fill you up. Become that which you most aspire to be. Release the need for judgment, worry, doubt, and fear. You are love. Be love in all your ways. Be love.
