Daily Practice

Hi again!

Happy New Year and all that. :)

I feel that transformation is a continuous process. We can sometimes get stuck in the same loop, yet also make leaps and bounds up the spiral with just a new way of thinking. With a regular practice of introspection and meditation, you can also transform your life even more quickly. I have been intermittently doing these practices and I feel it is time to make introspection a regular practice.

I have been doing morning pages - three pages of journaling each day - on an irregular basis and I feel that it is a helpful tool. I will be doing this on a daily basis when I wake up in the morning. My daily spiritual practice, a one-card reading from the Tarot along with push-ups, sit-ups and visualization, has also been going well too. I really enjoy this daily ritual with Starcat.

Meditation is a practice I wish to continue on a daily basis. Whether guided or simply timed, I find this practice to be uplifting to my spirit. I also think that blogging here will be a way to remain connected to you all as well as a way to express my deep creativity and love. I feel this is a great space to communicate my thoughts by simply allowing them to flow through me into the universe. What do you all think?

Anyway, I am going to make some breakfast and later, make some potato-leek soup for the homeschool group tonight. It is a yummy recipe that we enjoy. My weekly bread baking is going very well. I am up to 6 loaves a week, two of which I share. On the first day, a loaf and a half is eaten fresh from the oven. I guess the family really enjoys my bread! :)

Blessings to you all!
