I was going to post yesterday about the chive adventure that Nikki and I had. We spent about an hour and half cutting chives from our garden into very small pieces, freezing them on a cookie sheet, then bagging them up to give away and use during the year. I would say we harvested about half a pound of these lovely green stalks and processed half of them. We will be having more chives as they grow throughout the year, maybe another batch or two.
Round 2 means I am going to finish the process today, all by myself. She has gone off to an Interfaith Walk to volunteer. I am home with the kiddos and have some house stuff to take care as well.
I like to be a homemaker, except for all the cleaning! ;)
Anyway, I am also looking to lead a class or workshop about personal spirituality, personal development, and the Law of Attraction, all mixed together. I had a dream I was teaching at USM to a bunch of folks. It felt good and a positive way to help enhance the world.
Love!
