Lovely weekend

I love making English muffins on a Sunday morning, listening to music, and enjoying the beautiful weather. Up next will be heading to the garden for more plantings and weeding (of course).

I had a wonderful time at my friends' handfasting and wedding yesterday. A lovely reception as well! :) I did manage to control myself since there was an open bar between the handfasting and the wedding. ;)

All in all a lovely weekend so far! :)

Soon, the English muffin dough will finish rising and I will griddle them up, cook some eggs in the rounds and have homemade breakfast sandwiches. I love to cook! :)
